Andre’ is a true specialist in enterprise value creation.
As a Fellow member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, founding director of his own business consultancy, former partner and principal at several accounting firms, and an advisory board member for companies around Australia, Andre’ compellingly combines expertise and experience.
He has helped countless founders, owners and managers to turn around their companies and maximise the value of their business. He has completed many business valuations within a variety of sectors. And he has delivered numerous workshops to members of The Executive Connection (TEC) along with playing a key role nationally in training members of the accounting profession.
Andre’ is passionate about optimising business performance. Throughout his 40-year career, he has developed a unique approach that brings together financial performance assessment methodologies, the implementation of the balanced scorecard, shareholder value, activity-based costing and three-dimensional budgeting.
Andre’ is currently the founding director and principal of Business Be In It Pty Ltd, a professional business consulting firm providing guidance in business performance evaluation, strategic and business design planning, and value creation. Prior to that, he held the position of partner and founder at Enterprise Elements – Chartered Accountants from 2013 to 2020, and the position of principal of WHK Horwath EIS, a division of one of the larger accounting services firms in Australia.
Andre’ has taken up numerous advisory board appointments, acting as a facilitation chairperson to ensure that process and conduct around the boardroom table is efficient and effective.
He has participated in the design and delivery of courses in activity-based costing, shareholder value and the balanced scorecard for the Queensland University of Technology as an Adjunct Professor with the School of Accountancy, Faculty of Business. He continues to hold a Certificate of Public Practice and has been a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand for more than 38 years.
